Abstract

This article examines the expression of FCRL3 and its correlation with TIGIT in regulatory T cells of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The study used single-cell RNA sequencing and flow cytometry to analyze the expression of FCRL3 and TIGIT in T-cell subsets. The results showed that FCRL3 expression was elevated in Treg cells of SLE patients and positively associated with TIGIT expression. The co-expression of FCRL3 and TIGIT may have clinical significance in the diagnosis of SLE. Further research is needed to explore the potential role of FCRL3 and TIGIT in SLE.
