Abstract
- A patent application has been submitted for a new method of delivering biomacromolecule agents, such as peptides and nucleic acids, for cancer vaccines. The inventors have developed nanodiscs that can efficiently deliver these agents to the site of action, protecting them against degradation and generating strong immune responses. The nanodiscs have shown promising results in stimulating cytotoxic T lymphocyte responses and can be easily adapted to personalized neoantigens, making them a powerful tool for cancer immunotherapy. The invention also has potential applications in personalized therapeutics for a wide range of bioactive molecules. [Extracted from the article]
