Abstract: The authors reflect on their initiatives to foster a sense of belonging for all students at Pennsylvania State University's University Park Campus' STEM Libraries. Topics discussed include the diversity of students at the campus, the library spaces at the STEM Libraries, and efforts to help graduate students build connections with other graduate students in the library.
