Abstract

A recent study conducted by researchers from the University of Hormozgan in Iran examined the correlation between marital adjustment, marital satisfaction, and quality of life in women. The study found that positive personality traits, referred to as "light triad traits," played a significant role in predicting mental well-being and interpersonal relationships. The research concluded that partners with well-adjusted personality traits and compatible differences contribute to higher levels of satisfaction within a marriage. This study highlights the importance of considering personality traits and their alignment when examining satisfaction in relationships. [Extracted from the article]
