Abstract

A clinical trial has been launched to analyze the effect of listening to the Holy Quran, music, or natural sounds on anxiety and stress levels among patients undergoing MRI scans. The study, conducted by Al-Quds University in Palestine, will use a randomized controlled parallel design and include a control group that receives traditional care without any sound. Participants will choose their preferred method of sound intervention, and the study aims to assess the effectiveness of these interventions in reducing anxiety and stress. The trial is currently in the recruitment phase and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2024. [Extracted from the article]
