Abstract
- A recent report from the University of Texas Medical Branch discusses a rare case of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with the coexpression of CD5 and CD8 T-cell markers. DLBCL typically does not express T-cell-associated antigens, and the coexpression of two T-cell markers is even rarer. This case report presents the first known instance of DLBCL with the coexpression of only CD5 and CD8. The findings contribute to the understanding of B-cell lymphoma and its diagnostic markers.
