Design and Application of Pile-beam Integrated Girder-erecting Machine.

Fully prefabricated bridges covering substructures have become a development trend in today's bridge construction. Taking the construction of Meilong Grand Bridge in Shenzhen-Shantou West Reconstruction and Extension Project as the background, the construction difficulties of the project are analyzed, the overall scheme of the pile-beam integrated girder-erecting machine is put forward, and its detail structure, calculation analysis and key technologies are discussed. The integrated girder-erecting machine solves the problem that conventional girder-erecting machine is difficult to take into account the construction of pile foundation, achieves synchronous construction of pile foundation, cap beam and Tbeam, has the advantages of not occupying the space outside the line for construction and not using the construction sidewalks and reduces interference to the surrounding environment, which is of great reference significance and popularization value for modern urban bridge construction.
