Abstract

Prefabricated construction is an important path for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the realization of high-quality development. Taking the single-line tunnel of high-speed railway as the research object, combined with the design of prefabricated invert of the tunnel, the construction process of prefabricated invert of the tunnel with the drilling-blasting method is studied, and the types and paving methods of the bottom cushion of the invert block are put forward. The cushion paving process is studied in depth, and the feasibility, paving efficiency, whether to form a permanent force structure and realization of timely opening to traffic are analyzed, Finally, gravels are chosen as the bottom cushion of the invert block, and the gravel paving tooling is developed. The in-plant test results show that, gravel cushion paving is fast and efficient, with high precision, a stable force structure can be formed with the later grouting, and the gravel paving tooling achieves all required functions and can quickly and effectively pave the bottom gravel cushion of the invert block, which is of important significance for the fabrication of the prefabricated invert of the tunnel with the drilling-blasting method.
