TRIG completes sixth wind divestment, Scotland.

The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG) has completed its sixth wind farm divestment in Scotland, selling the Forss and Little Raith wind farms for £51 million ($64m). TRIG's strategy is to reduce its revolving credit facility (RCF), and the transaction price represents a 4% premium over the valuation of the facilities.
