Abstract: Good governance is a goal for all European states, but the method of implementation is different from state to state. This study aims to observe what is, in the view of the Romanian Government, the way to reach good governance, analyzing the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) which Romania developed in 2021 and which it is currently implementing.
