A Series of Studies Based on a Prospective Birth Cohort of Infants With Allergy and Neurodevelopmental Disorders in China.

A clinical trial, NCT06327906, has been launched at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University in China. The trial aims to establish a birth cohort to study the causal relationship between allergies and neurodevelopmental disorders in infants and young children. The study will follow two groups of infants for up to 6 years, collecting specimens and test data during the follow-up period. The primary outcome measures include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
