Abstract

This document is an abstract from the Journal of Clinical & Translational Science. The first section discusses the development of measurement tools to assess the confidence of anti-racist advocates in an academic setting. The tools evaluate readiness and workplace environment in relation to anti-racism advocacy. The second section focuses on a project aimed at enhancing leadership conversations about retention in academic medical centers. The project involves the development and assessment of an Individual Retention Conversation (IRC) toolkit.
