Abstract

The author talks about prospecting of a brand new client or the client that has never worked with one's law firm before. He suggests to run a practice like a business and absolutely engage in business development to be a successful partner in a law firm. He analyzes the website, press releases, executive interviews, annual report and other filings of sports apparel manufacturer Under Armour.
