Abstract

Gastrointestinal tract duplications are rare congenital abnormalities. Majority are diagnosed in pediatric age group of less than two years. Lesions can be seen anywhere from the oral cavity to the anus, but the most commonly affected site is ileum (long and tubular) which is usually in the form of cystic masses. The clinical manifestation of Gastrointestinal duplicationin adults is variable, and they are rarely considered as part of differential diagnosis.
