Abstract
- This article discusses a case series of patients with primary cutaneous CD4+ small/medium T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder (PCS-TCLPD) and describes the ultrasound findings of these patients. PCS-TCLPD is a skin disease characterized by the proliferation of T cells with a follicular T-helper phenotype. The clinical appearance of PCS-TCLPD is unspecific, with slow-growing erythematous or violaceous lesions. The study found that PCS-TCLPD has specific sonography patterns, including hypoechoic heterogeneous nodules and hypervascularity. However, further studies with larger sample sizes are needed to confirm these findings. [Extracted from the article]
