Abstract

A study conducted by the Shengli Clinical Medical College of Fujian Medical University in China compared two techniques for laparoscopic adrenalectomy, a surgical procedure for adrenal lesions. The modified three-level technique was found to have superior outcomes compared to the traditional technique in terms of operative time, blood loss, recovery time, complication rates, and hospitalization duration. The modified technique is suitable for both obese individuals and the general population with adrenal lesions. This study provides valuable insights for the surgical management of adrenal diseases.
