Abstract
- This article discusses a randomized controlled trial that evaluated the effect of guided reflection on self-care in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. The study was conducted in northern Iran and included 94 participants who were divided into guided reflection and control groups. The intervention group received guided reflection steps, while the control group received routine training. The results showed a significant increase in self-care scores in the guided reflection group compared to the control group. The study suggests that guided reflection can improve self-care behaviors in patients undergoing CABG surgery. [Extracted from the article]
