Abstract

A recent study conducted by researchers at Islamic Azad University in Qom, Iran aimed to develop a model for the professional development of pre-school principals in education. The study used a qualitative approach with a grounded theory approach and involved interviews with a group of experts in the field. The research model identified the professional development of pre-school principals as the core concept, with causal conditions including internal motivation, job commitment, ethical behavior, and education level. The study also highlighted strategies and outcomes such as psychological and technical empowerment of principals and satisfaction of staff, parents, and students. The findings have practical implications for designing professional development programs for pre-school principals. [Extracted from the article]
