Abstract

Cemig-D, a Brazilian utility's distribution business, plans to issue R$2 billion ($402 million) in bonds on February 15, 2024. The bonds will be issued in two series, with one maturing in 2029 and the other in 2034. The proceeds from the first series will be used for sustainable investments and working capital, while the second series will be used to refinance projects carried out in Minas Gerais.
