Online Bilingual Co-Design: Developing Resources with People with Disability and Family Members from Refugee Backgrounds.

This article explores a research project that aimed to develop online bilingual resources for people with disabilities and their families from Syrian and Iraqi refugee backgrounds in Australia. The project used a co-design approach, involving workshops and online collaboration to identify barriers to service access and develop resource content. The resources, including videos and postcards, were created in Arabic language to address the identified barriers. The project faced challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic but successfully produced practical resources that were disseminated through various channels.
