A recent study conducted by McGill University explored the experiences and perceptions of coaches, athletes, and integrated support teams in managing three Paralympic teams across North America and Europe. The study utilized focus groups, interviews, and thematic analysis to examine the role of coaches in managing diverse groups of athletes with individualized considerations.
