A Consortium-based solution for the National Institutional Libraries working on physical disabilities under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India.

The paper aims to find out the present collection, services, and the main problems. The researcher deeply examined the four target libraries and described comparative analysis in different tables with various parameters. All target libraries provide similar types of user needs. Still, collaboration must be found within the target libraries, which is the researcher's main problem. Finally, the researcher prepared and proposed a centralized consortium model that can be very effective for the target libraries and may solve the problems. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
