Preparation of Pd/UiO-66 Catalyst and Study on Dechlorination Hydrogenation of Chlorophenol in Water.

Abstract

The support UiO-66 containing different defect sites was prepared by changing the amount of acetic acid, and the supported catalyst Pd/UiO-66 was prepared. The performance of the catalyst was characterized. The kinetics and catalytic performance of the catalyst for chlorophenol dechlorination in water were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of the number of defect sites introduced into the carrier, the reaction temperature was 50 °C, and the conversion rate of chlorophenol could reach 100%, the selectivity of the main product cyclohexanone could reach more than 99%, and the selectivity of the byproduct cyclohexanol was less than 0.5%. The number of recycling times of the catalyst was more than 6 times and the catalytic activity did not decrease significantly. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
