Abstract
- Compared to conventional methods of industrial production, the cutting-edge additive manufacturing (AM or 3D printing) process creates new products through rapid prototyping technology based on a computer-aided design model. Regarding electrochemistry, numerous scientists have made use of AM to print electrodes and other conductive materials, to create electrochemical cells, laboratory experimental accessories, and to aid in teaching subject. To produce complicated structures for preparing individualized components of varying sizes, forms, compositions, and architectures. This mini-review article highlights the AM techniques, materials, and applications in electrochemistry fields such as electrodes, sensors, electrochemical cells, energy storage, experimental accessories, and STEM teaching aids.
