Abstract

A patent application titled "Wearable Neurostimulator With Rivet Connection" has been published online. The inventors have developed a wearable neurostimulator that includes a fabric structure, a flexible circuit printed on the fabric with exposed electrically conductive portions, and a rigid printed circuit board (PCB) with an electrical circuit and exposed conductive portions. The neurostimulator uses a rivet to electrically connect the conductive portions of the flexible circuit to the conductive portions of the PCB circuit. The rivet applies a clamping force to maintain contact between the PCB and the fabric structure.
