Abstract

Based on the overall requirements of the construction machinery, an outrigger extension and retraction system based on the curved nested structure is innovatively designed. The support structure is mainly composed of a symmetrically arranged curved nested structure, and its advantages of strong overall stiffness and high support stability have been effectively proven through tests. The outrigger extension and retraction mechanism consists of a drive mechanism for curved outrigger extension and retraction and an oil supply system for horizontally overhead arranged drag chain mechanism of vertical hydraulic cylinder, which can adapt well to the curved nested extension and retraction structure. By optimizing each key parameter, it can meet the requirements of reliable extension and retraction of the outrigger of a super-large stroke, and through 3 000 times of extension and retraction tests, it has been proven that the mechanism has good extension and retraction performance.
