Design and Application of Low-headroom Rotary Drilling Rig with a Telescopic Mast.

When constructing cast-in-situ bored pile foundations near existing buildings and high-voltage lines, there will be some limitations on the height of the piling equipment. A rotary drilling rig with a telescopic mast is developed, which can meet the construction needs of various space heights. Its structure, working principle and technical innovation points are introduced, and the finite element analysis of the telescopic mast is focused on to verify its reliability. In the practical case application, the low-headroom rotary drilling rig with a telescopic mast can solve the construction difficulties in space-limited working conditions and can provide a reference for similar projects.
