Abstract
- Various numbers of the Flexible Robot Gripper are used in different aspects of our life which use especially in industrial robotics. This article studies the design and optimizationof a soft gripper for material handling using a robotic arm which is one of soft robotics and has beneficial uses in our life. Every gripper consists of a different module it depends on the needof these grippers. The study focuses on the evolution of soft robotics and their interactions, aswell as how, as a result of the technological revolution, they have become so familiar and evennecessary in our lives. Moreover, This Study presents the two-way 3D fluid-structure interaction simulation model for the pneumatic actuator for the soft gripper by using the software program Ansys workbench. In this study, the model allows for investigation of the fluid flow behavior inside the actuator, and Insight into velocity profiles, flow-through, and pressure generation is presented in the soft gripper.in this study, we also proposed the use of sensors in actuators to measure the gripper forces between the object and the soft gripper.
