NEWS"We are in a very odd state in which large numbers of Americans view the prospect of a 2020 presidential election rerun between Joe Biden and Donald Trump as simultaneously inevitable and somehow unbelievable. I doubt that we have collectively or individually come close to grasping what the reality will be like when it arrives, assuming it does. In ways we can't predict, perceptions will change, perhaps dramatically.
