BALANCED SCORECARD IN THE MANAGEMENT OF A PUBLIC UTILITY TRANSPORT COMPANY.

Purpose: The purpose of the article is to attempt to adapt the Balanced Scorecard to public utility transport companies operating under the public budget formula, i.e. those whose founders and owners are 100% or majority local governments. Design/methodology/approach: Balanced score card, analysis of the needs of the public transport services market. Findings: The need to adapt to the specificity of public utility transport companies operating under the public budget formula, i.e. those whose founders and owners are 100% or majority local governments.
