Abstract
- This article discusses a rare case of spontaneous resolution of a symptomatic cerebellopontine angle (CPA) arachnoid cyst in an adult patient. Arachnoid cysts are typically asymptomatic, but when symptoms do occur, surgical intervention is often necessary. However, in this case, the patient opted for conservative management and experienced a sudden resolution of the cyst, leading to the disappearance of neurological symptoms. While spontaneous resolution of arachnoid cysts is rare, this case suggests that a watch-and-wait strategy may be applicable for patients with mild neurological deficits. [Extracted from the article]
