Spontaneous resolution of a symptomatic cerebellopontine angle arachnoid cyst in adult: A case report and literature review.

This article discusses a rare case of spontaneous resolution of a symptomatic cerebellopontine angle (CPA) arachnoid cyst in an adult patient. Arachnoid cysts are typically asymptomatic, but when symptoms do occur, surgical intervention is often necessary. However, in this case, the patient opted for conservative management and experienced a sudden resolution of the cyst, leading to the disappearance of neurological symptoms.
