Abstract

This article discusses the perceptions of stakeholders at Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah University in Fez, Morocco, regarding the university's performance. The study identifies various factors that influence performance, including staff motivation, teaching quality, governance, funding, and training. It also explores the determinants of performance, such as the quality of training, integration of graduates into the job market, and management control. The article emphasizes the importance of managers in utilizing opportunities to improve university performance and suggests that the findings can be applied to other universities seeking to enhance their own performance. The article also acknowledges the constraints faced by Morocco's public universities, such as limited funding and a lack of comprehensive information systems. [Extracted from the article]
