A Diffusion Model for POI Recommendation.

The article introduces Diff-POI, a diffusion-based model for Point-of-Interest (POI) recommendation in location-based services. It addresses limitations of existing methods by incorporating sequential information into user spatial preference and avoiding a focus solely on aggregated previous positions. It is further reported that the proposed diffusion-based sampling strategy effectively addresses limitations of existing methods.
