Abstract

Thus it seems from these preliminary experiments that dietary carbohydrates can alter the composition of skin surface fat in adult males and there may well be a scientific explanation for the clinical advice offered in the textbooks of the 1930's. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
