Physician's Emergency Treatment Obligations and Negligence Theory of Crime.

This article discusses the obligations of physicians under the Physicians Act and the Medical Care Act. First, the emergency treatment obligations of physicians are applicable only when they are performing their business, and not when they are not in practice. As for the emergency medical care behavior of the physicians in the nonpracticing state, it should be qualified by applying the provisions of the Emergency Medical Services Act.
