Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 70-year-old patient experiencing severe nail toxicity associated with pembrolizumab, an immune checkpoint inhibitor used in cancer treatment. Topics discussed include the rarity of such adverse effects, the potential influence of prior treatments, and the challenges in managing extensive nail bed ulceration and loss of nails caused by pembrolizumab.
