АІ ЯК НОВІТНІЙ ФАКТОР ВПЛИВУ НА ЯКІСТЬ УПРАВЛІНСЬКИХ РІШЕНЬ

The authors of the article consider the urgent need for new approaches to management decision-making in education, which has long matured in the modern domestic conditions, supplementing, in particular, the human factor with the factor of AI (artificial intelligence), in that regard - also in the educational system, which will have an indirect effect on the education of preschoolers in creative, creative key. The role of the educational manager in modernizing the process of making management decisions in Ukrainian realities is emphasized, the author's project work on this is proposed, taking into account the Western analog experience. The authors emphasize: not on stereotypical approaches to the education of preschoolers, but on completely new ones - the use of artificial intelligence in the daily practice of preschool education - the possibility of successfully forming the creative competence of preschoolers, which in the future can become the basis of their self-realization as highly talented individuals, which is relevant for the development of the new Ukraine.
