Abstract

A clinical trial, NCT06148207, is currently underway at Huashan Hospital in China to investigate the use of [18F]BF3-BPA PET imaging in patients with gliomas. The trial aims to assess the binding ability and non-specific binding of the tracer to glioma lesions, evaluate its effectiveness in diagnosing and differentiating gliomas, and determine the safety and tolerability of the tracer and imaging method. The study is interventional, non-randomized, and has a single group assignment. It is open to individuals of all genders aged 18 and older, including healthy volunteers. The primary contact for the study is Yihui Guan, MD. [Extracted from the article]
