Abstract

This document provides information about a clinical trial, NCT06149806, that is currently recruiting participants in France. The trial aims to study the effectiveness and tolerability of Sacubitril/Valsartan in treating chronic heart failure in adults with complex congenital heart disease. Specifically, the trial will focus on patients with systemic right ventricle (SRV) and single ventricle (SV), who are at higher risk for heart failure. The study will also collect data on the safety and effectiveness of type 2 sodium-glucose co-transport inhibitors. The trial is observational, prospective, and multicenter, and it follows the latest heart failure treatment guidelines. The estimated completion date for the trial is December 2025, and the contact person for the study is Claire Massardier, MD. [Extracted from the article]
