Abstract
- The article focuses on the research paper "Hydrocortisone Ointment in the Eczemas," by Ronald Church, which was published in a 1955 issue of the "British Medical Journal." It describes the one hundred and five cases of eczema which were treated with hydrocortisone ointment. Improvement was registered in 76% of the cases. Response was observed to be poorer in lichenified eczemas. There were also chances of relapse in certain cases.
