ACNEVULGARIS.

This article presents information on a study which focuses on acne vulgaris. The current views on aetiology and treatment of acne vulgaris are given in this study. Little advance in treatment has been made in recent years to parallel the progress in research as to the cause of acne. Treatment, therefore, remains unsatisfactory. No cure is yet available to rectify this disorder of physiology which results in pathological changes. Rapid results cannot be expected but considerable amelioration will be achieved by persevering with the treatment described.
