Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 27-year-old woman presenting with progressive dyspnea, thoracic pain, hemoptysis, presyncope, and exertional cough. It mentions evaluation revealed congenital anomalies, including interruption of the right pulmonary artery, leading to cardiovascular limitations during exercise, as evidenced by reduced maximal oxygen consumption and abnormal cardiopulmonary exercise test results.
