Abstract
- The article titled "Inside Back Cover: Nanosheet-Assembled Zirconium-Porphyrin Frameworks Enabling Surface-Confined, Initiator-Free Photosynthesis of Ultrahigh Molecular Weight Polymers" discusses the development of hierarchical metal-organic frameworks with low-dimensional architectures. These frameworks have significant thermodynamic or kinetic benefits and are capable of broadband photon harvesting and enhanced photocatalytic ability. The researchers demonstrate the establishment of an initiator-free, visible-light-regulated radical polymerization process using these frameworks, resulting in the synthesis of ultrahigh molecular weight polymers with a molecular weight greater than 1,500,000. The authors of the article are Yiyun Geng, Gang Ye, and others. [Extracted from the article]
