The current traditional model of education focuses solely on theoretical knowledge, which fails to meet the needs of students and the field of jurisprudence. The article identifies various issues with current practical sessions, such as a lack of real case analysis and a disconnect from legal practice. It emphasizes the importance of practical sessions in enhancing students' ability to apply knowledge, think critically, and understand the rule of law. The document also discusses effective strategies for implementing practical sessions, including situational simulation teaching, the flipped classroom model, and group cooperation.
