Abstract
- This article discusses the process of honey production and the risks of fraud in the honey supply chain. The author highlights the importance of consuming real honey and the prevalence of honey fraud, particularly in samples from China, Turkey, and the UK. The implications of adulterated and fake honey are explored, including financial losses for producers and the potential health benefits that consumers miss out on.
