Heredity and equivalent characterizations of meet-continuous spaces.

Heredity of open subspaces and closed subspaces of meet-continuous spaces are studied, some equivalent characterizations of the meet-continuous spaces are given. Particularly, relationship between algebraic continuous spaces and algebraic quasi-continuous spaces is illuminated by taking the meet-continuous spaces as an example. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
