Abstract: Mexican industrial real estate trust Fibra Next has postponed its initial public offering (IPO) due to a delay in obtaining the necessary tax paperwork. The company plans to proceed with the IPO once it has the proper documentation. The IPO aimed to capitalize on the trend of manufacturers moving to Mexico to be closer to the US market.
