- An editorial is presented the multispecialty consensus statement from the European Society of Cardiology on the diagnosis and management of carotid artery stenosis, addressing key issues such as individualized management for asymptomatic patients, tailored approaches for symptomatic patients with carotid-related strokes, and variations in procedural outcomes and patient adherence across different clinical settings.
