Abstract
- The article reports on an appeal submitted by the Internet Archive (IA) in September 2023 to the summary judgment against them in the Hachette v. Internet Archive copyright case and its request for the Second Court of Appeals for a deadline of December 15 for submitting its opening brief. Topics include plaintiffs involved in the lawsuit, statement from the IA in the case about its National Emergency Library, and comments from IA founder Brewster Kahle about the IA's Interlibrary Loan program.
