The article presents a novel Convex Uncertain Voronoi Diagram (CUV) for safe multi-robot multi-target tracking under localization uncertainty. Topics include the CUV diagram, distributed multi-target tracking, and coverage control algorithms, addressing challenges in uncertainty, localization, and collision avoidance in multi-robot systems.
